Im leaving Baxter 5 ways at 9am doing a highway run to Mirboo nth for morning tea a loop from Boolara then onto the dirt following the river along the dirt section of the Grand Ridge road coming out at Welshpool for fish/chips lunch on the Wharf then back up to Boolara on Woorarra rd another dirt road them home, TEC required no idea how many K's but not huge.

Australia Day BBQ and Ride

Due to the unavailability of the Briars our 2026 Australia Day BBQ will be held at Robin Abery's home in Rosebud in the Rosebud Country Club Estate. This is a great venue with large shady, beautifully landscaped gardens.
The actual address will be communicated prior to the event via email and at the Vesbar coffee morning prior to the day.

Start 11:30am to 3:00pm.

There is on-site tables and chairs or bring your own if your butt prefers.

This is a free branch event for financial members and their respective partners who have paid their 2026 subs ($25.00). Others including guests the cost will be $10.00 per head.

BBQ, Sweets, Water, Soft Drinks, Tea and Coffee will be provided.
BYO alcohol.

Prior to the BBQ Neil L will lead a short ride around the Peninsula for those interested. The ride will leave from the Vesbar at 9.30 (Fueled up and Stands Up) and arrive at Robins around 11.30.

Then via Kongwak, Glen Alvie, St Clair, Eagles Nest to Inverlock at Inlet Hotel. After lunch back via Eagles Nest, Ryanston, Loch, Poowong, Drouin Sth, Lang Lang finishing at Tooradin 3.00 - 3.30pm. 270KMS TEC required
