Venue: Pearcedale shops Category: MW Organized Ride my plan for next Sunday, being Easter Sunday thought I would make it a short one and l'm lazy, Dandenong Ranges Cardinia Lake ride. Starting at Pearcedale Shopping Village 9:30. Please be fueled up and ready for briefing by 9:15am. Join myself and Deb for a short ride through the Dandenong Ranges and around Cardinia Lake. The first leg will take us to Monbulk for morning tea, about an hour's ride via Berwick and Cockatoo around the east side of Cardinia Lake. Then back to Cranbourne via Kallista and around the west side of Cardinia Lake, again roughly an hour's ride. I have booked at Kellys Hotel in Cranbourne for lunch if you like to join us, entirely optional. (its Easter Sunday so expect public holiday surcharges to apply) The ride will end at Cranbourne around 12:30pm if you don't want lunch. Approx distance 150km. Val Meredith Venue: Pearcedale shops Category: MW Organized Ride Arrive at 8.45am for 9am stands-up. Morning tea at Kinglake, Romsey, Mt Macedon (lunch). We’ll also stop off on the mountain and take the short walk to the memorial cross. The ride home will be through Sunbury, Bulla and finishing at the APCO service station at Cranbourne West at about 4.30pm. We will be taking Citylink outbound and inbound, so tolls will be incurred. Approx 299km all up.

If you like narrow back twisty roads (all sealed) through the hills, this ride is for you! We will stop at Poowong for a pic opportunity before taking some back roads to Korumburra for smoko via Kongwak. Then the Grand Ridge Road to Mirboo Nth before arriving at the Travellers Rest Hotel in Thorpdale where I have booked for lunch. The way home will take us via Boolarra then Leongatha & Korumburra before heading via Nyora to Tooradin where the ride will end at the ice cream shop. Total distance approx. 350 ks. Fuel available at Korumburra, Mirbbo Nth & Leongatha
